INTENSE LEG HOME WORKOUTS | Try this Hack Squat Alternative!

This hack squat and leg press alternative exercise only requires a foam roller, a stable wall, and any external weights, such as dumbbells or kettlebells that you may have.

In this video, I am going to show you how to perform the FOAM ROLLER HACK SQUAT (bodyweight and kettlebells) as an intense alternative for hack squats and leg presses if you are looking to have intense leg home workouts without machines.

First, I will discuss the science behind the hack squat and how it is a quadriceps exercise, due to high degrees of knee flexion (and how this differs from other leg movements).

Next, I will show you how to set up the foam roller, your feet, and perform the movement.

Then, I will show you how you can progress this exercise by adding weights like dumbbells or kettlebells to further enhance quad growth.
